Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be new, unused, and unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Upon review, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, store credit, or full refund, depending on the situation.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within the 14-day return window as long as:

  • The product is new and unused
  • All original packaging and tags are intact

Refund Process
