1. How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders are delivered within 4 to 9 business days. This includes 1–2 days for handling and 3–7 days for transit, Monday to Friday.
2. What is the order cut-off time for same-day processing?
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday, will begin processing the same business day.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, shipping is completely free on all orders within the United Kingdom.
4. Which shipping carriers do you use?
We work with reliable UK-based carriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri (Hermes) to ensure safe and timely delivery.

We currently ship to locations within the United Kingdom only.
6. Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is new, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached.

8. Is there a cost for returning a product?
No. A free return label is included in the package, and there are no restocking fees.
9. How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days.
10. What should I do if my package is marked delivered but I haven’t received it?
First, verify your address, check around your property, and ask neighbours or household members. Then contact the courier with your tracking number. If the package is declared lost, contact us so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
